Smoking , A Very Bad and harmful Habit To The Health

  According to scientist, smoking is a very harmful habit and has some side effects.

  Scientist has made it known that the Smoke found in Cigarette injures the body organs and also causes many deadly diseases, and for those people who smokes , it reduces their health life. That is to say, there’s a high chance that they may not live long.

The chances may vary from 50-73% depending on how your  blood cells can fight diseases. Even cigarette companies advitises the risk of their product on the pack as thus;

Do you know that smoking causes cancer,

  Research say’s that  women die’s more from lung cancer each year than from breast cancer.and lungs cancer is mostly caused by smoking

Smoking can expose you to COPD i.e chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Imagine you are suffering from a disease, and you still smoking , don’t you think you are doing more harm to your body than good?, smoking will automatically weaken your immune system, thereby making  that disease worse.

If you are a smoker, you have a higher chance to develop heart disease, stroke, and lung cancer than someone who doesn’t smoke.

  There’s something called  conorary heart disease, this is a disease that 90% if not 100% of smokers has,  and it’s also one of the causes of high rate of death in the world.

For those who smokes like 6 stick a day, there,s  a high chance of experiencing early signs of cardiovascular disease.

Almost all smokers has fast heart beat and high bp because the smoke that enters the body  damages the blood vessels and also make them thick and narrow

Smoking Causes Cancer On Almost Every Part Of The Body

Blood (acute myeloid leukemia)
Colon and rectum (colorectal)
Kidney and ureter
Oropharynx (includes parts of the throat, tongue, soft palate, and the tonsils)
Trachea, bronchus, and lung

If nobody smokes,  there’s a high chance of people not dying from too much diseases all the time.

According to a clear research in the early years, Smoking can make a woman not to conceive …..
And even if  she manages to conceive, it can affect the  baby’s health before and after birth.

Smoking increases risks for:
Preterm (early) delivery
Stillbirth (The baby dies before it’s being born).
Low birth weight
Sudden infant death syndrome (known as SIDS or crib death)
Ectopic pregnancy
Orofacial clefts in infants

As for men, Smoking Affects the  sperm, which can reduce fertility and also increases risks of birth defects and miscarriage

Smoke will definitely run down the health of your teeth and gums and it can cause you tooth loss

Smoking  can increase your risk for cataracts (that is the clouding of the eye’s lens which can make you not to see very well)

You are suffering from  diabetes and you are still smoking, don’t you know  Smoking is one of the cause of type 2 diabetes mellitus and and it can make it harder to control.

Smoking causes rheumatoid arthritis..

If  you decides to quit smoking, you  give your self a chance from cutting off cardiovascular risks.

If you can stop smoking on time, you can reduce the risk of a heart attack sharply

Even the risk of stroke will reduce the moment you quit smoke…

If you can quit smoking on time, your risks for cancers of the:
esophagus, and bladder will automatically drop by half within 5 years.

Also ten years after you quit smoking, your risk for dying from lung cancer drops by half.

So you see why you’ve got to kill off every form of bad habit from smoking…

Its worth the diseases, its not worth it at all.

  Which ever name you chose to call it, shisha, Cigar or whatsoever, all is weed and is very harmful to the body. Act responsibly

Quit from all of this. Smoking doesn’t make you a big or tough girl/boy,  rather it shows Iresponsibility. All is just a waste….
